Returns and Exchanges

We encourage our customers to try on their purchases to make sure they are the right fit and 100% satisfied with their garment. If you’re not completely satisfied we are happy to refund or exchange all items ordered within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The return and exchange service is completely complimentary and as long as the items returned are all unused, fragrance and stain free, with labels still attached and in the perfect condition a full refund or exchange will be given.

Returns and exchanges for an item

It is very simple to exchange or return an item. Please use the following steps:

  • Email us at info@phoebelucas.com quoting your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  • Fill in the returns form and place it inside your parcel
  • Make sure your parcel is packed securely and the address details provided on the returns form is on the front
  • Take your parcel to the post office making sure you get a receipt of postage for your own reference
  • Once we have received your parcel we can then refund you your funds within 10 working days.
  • For exchanges, we can simply order you your new size and send it out (free of charge) once in receival of your return. – please note there is no exchange policy for limited edition products where fabric is sparce.
  • Please note though that we can only exchange sizes and not styles and colours.

  • Please note that we cannot offer complimentary returns and deliveries to channel islands, republic of Ireland locations and anywhere else outside the UK – for more information on this please email us.
